These are AI-generated design concepts — layout and finish ideas to spark a design conversation, not photographs of completed projects. Your walk-in or fitted wardrobe is drawn from scratch to your own room, storage and budget after a free site measure.
Shutter options to explore — a light fluted-band front and a dark wood-and-glass front for a walk-in wardrobe.

Fitted wardrobes for Dubai apartments & villas
Our fitted wardrobes in Dubai are floor-to-ceiling and scribed to your walls, so every centimetre of a bedroom is used — no dust-collecting gap above, no wasted corner. For apartments we favour clean sliding or hinged fronts in matt PET, lacquer or veneer; for villa bedrooms we can run full walls of custom made wardrobes with mixed hanging, drawers and display. Because we're the wardrobe fitters as well as the makers, the people who measure are the people who install.
Walk-in closets & dressing rooms
A walk-in wardrobe in Dubai turns a spare room or generous master suite into a dressing room: island drawer banks, glazed display modules for bags and watches, dedicated shoe stacks, and soft, dimmable valet lighting. We plan the layout around how you actually dress — partner-vs-personal zoning, seasonal storage, and a mirror where you need it. These bespoke wardrobes are engineered for daily use, not showroom-only.
Wardrobe internals & fittings
The value of a good wardrobe is inside it. We size the internals to your actual wardrobe — long and short hanging for coats, dresses and shirts; soft-close drawer banks; pull-out trouser and tie racks; felt-lined jewellery and watch trays; angled and back-lit shoe stacks; dedicated handbag shelves; and pull-down wardrobe rails for high runs. Everything runs on premium Blum, Hettich, Häfele, Grass and Salice hardware so drawers glide and doors stay aligned for years. We can integrate motion-activated LED lighting, dimmable display lighting behind glass, mirrors and hidden charging into the cabinetry rather than adding it on afterwards.

Built-in vs walk-in vs sliding — a quick comparison
| Type | Best for | Space needed |
|---|---|---|
| Built-in / fitted | Apartments & villa bedrooms, maximising a wall | A single wall |
| Walk-in / dressing | Master suites with a room to dedicate | A small room or wide recess |
| Sliding | Tight rooms where doors can't swing out | A wall, minimal clearance |
What affects custom wardrobe cost in Dubai?
Rather than a single per-metre figure, the price of a wardrobe reflects real choices: the size and run length; the number and type of doors (hinged, sliding, glazed); the finish (melamine/PET vs veneer, lacquer or glass); the internal fittings (drawers, pull-outs, trays, shoe and bag storage); integrated lighting; and installation access. After a free site measure we send a transparent, itemised BOQ so you can see each element and tune the spec to your budget.
Materials & finishes for UAE homes
We specify finishes that live well with air-conditioned humidity: real wood veneer (oak, walnut, ash, ebony), matt and high-gloss lacquer, matt PET in solids and stone effects, back-painted and fluted glass, mirror, and aluminium-framed glass sliders. Boards are moisture-tolerant with quality edge-banding, and internals run on premium Blum, Hettich, Häfele, Grass and Salice hardware. Finish samples are provided before sign-off.
How our wardrobe process works
- 1Free site visit & laser measure. We visit your home anywhere in Dubai or the UAE, laser-measure the room, and talk through how you dress and store.
- 2Design & itemised BOQ. You get an internal layout, finish samples and a transparent BOQ — carcass, doors and internals priced separately so you can tune the spec to your budget.
- 3Manufacture in our own workshop. Once approved, your wardrobe is built at our Sharjah workshop with premium boards, veneers and hardware — no outsourcing.
- 4Installation by our own team. Our joinery team installs with floor protection, levelling and on-site scribing so the finish sits flush to ceilings, columns and skirting.
- 5After-care & warranty. We return for first-year adjustment visits under a written defects warranty; premium hardware carries its own manufacturer warranty.
Areas we cover for custom wardrobes
We design, make and install custom wardrobes across Dubai and the wider UAE — from apartments in Downtown, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, JVC, JLT and Palm Jumeirah to villas in Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah, Al Barari, Dubai Hills and Damac Hills. We also work throughout Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. Because we manufacture in-house and install with our own team, we keep the same quality whether it's a single fitted wardrobe or a full walk-in dressing room in a villa.
Timeline, install & after-care
A typical fitted wardrobe takes about 4–6 weeks from approved design to installation; walk-ins with islands and lighting are usually 6–8 weeks. We manufacture at our own Sharjah workshop, install with our own joinery team (floor protection, levelling, scribing, hardware adjustment), and return for adjustment visits in the first year under a written defects warranty. Small bedrooms get clever full-height storage; premium villa suites get true walk-in dressing rooms — both from the same in-house team, established in the UAE since 1993.
FAQ
Custom wardrobe questions, answered.
How much do custom wardrobes cost in Dubai?+
Cost depends on the run length, number of doors, finish (melamine/PET vs veneer or lacquer or glass), the internal fittings and lighting, and installation access. We don't quote a fixed per-metre figure sight unseen — after a free site measure we send an itemised BOQ so carcass, doors and internals are priced separately and you can adjust the spec to your budget.
How long does a custom wardrobe take?+
A typical fitted or built-in wardrobe runs about 4–6 weeks from approved design to installation. Walk-in closets with island units, glazed modules and integrated lighting are usually 6–8 weeks. You get a fixed install date in the contract.
Can you fit unusual ceiling heights, sloped ceilings or columns?+
Yes. Almost every wardrobe is floor-to-ceiling and laser-measured to existing wall conditions. We scribe filler panels on site around ceilings, columns and ducts so the finished joinery sits flush with no shadow gaps.
Can I customise the internals — drawers, rails, shoe racks?+
Yes — internals are sized to your actual clothing and accessory volumes: long and short hanging, trouser pull-outs, jewellery trays, watch storage, shoe stacks and handbag shelves, all on premium Blum, Hettich, Häfele, Grass or Salice hardware.
What finishes suit Dubai's climate and AC/humidity?+
We use moisture-tolerant board with quality edge-banding, real wood veneer, matt and high-gloss lacquer, matt PET, and aluminium-framed glass. Finishes are specified to sit comfortably with air-conditioned humidity swings in UAE homes.
Do you add wardrobe lighting?+
Yes — motion-activated LED strips, dimmable display lighting and hidden charging can be integrated into the cabinetry rather than added on afterwards, where the layout and power supply allow.
Do you offer a warranty and after-care?+
We provide a written defects warranty on the joinery, hinges, runners and installation, plus adjustment visits in the first year. Premium hardware carries its own manufacturer warranty on top.
Do you do a site visit in Dubai before quoting?+
Yes — a free site visit and laser measurement across Dubai and the UAE. We measure the room, discuss how you use the space, then follow up with an internal layout and an itemised BOQ.
Built-in or walk-in — which is right for my home?+
Built-in/fitted wardrobes maximise storage against a wall in apartments and villa bedrooms. Walk-in closets and dressing rooms suit larger master suites where you can dedicate a room to hanging, island drawers and display. We advise based on your actual room and layout at the site visit.
