The Brief

Full turnkey renovation of a two-bedroom luxury apartment at Address Hotel, Downtown Dubai — every surface reimagined in a moody dark palette. Veined grey marble TV wall under a sculptural acrylic ribbon chandelier, dark walnut dining room with a labradorite-effect oval table and bubble cluster pendant, fluted reeded-glass kitchen with custom marble splashback, mirrored walk-in wardrobe with cognac veneer interiors, and a textured charcoal-stucco master bedroom with bronze fluted detailing. Walls, ceilings, floors, joinery, kitchen, bathrooms, lighting and every piece of furniture were custom-built. Delivered end-to-end in two months.
